Culinary Feat
The proud owners of this newly built kitchen wanted a space that was edgy and on trend but timeless as well, and this is certainly what they got.
A traceless matt black finish was chosen for the main cabinetry and a narrow v-groove was selected for the lower cabinetry, to add an element of contrast and mimic the timber grain panelling on the adjoining lounge room wall.
Super White stone was chosen for the benchtop and splashback to give the room a luxury feel. Functionality was paramount for this space, so a highly practical butler’s pantry was connected to the main kitchen.
As the homeowners are avid cooks, a 900mm oven was integrated for thier use. A small display shelf was built into the end of the cooktop run to add a little beauty to the most functional part of the space.
One end of the island has no cabinetry underneath, opening up the space while facilitating a view of the exquisite textured v-groove cabinets. The island’s support legs are made of Super White stone and feature v-groove detail, creating a sense of cohesion in this gorgeous space.
